Carrot-Ginger Smoothie (For Uplift & Confidence)

🥕 Bright and energizing — a sunrise in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • ½ orange
  • ½ banana
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup water or ice

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.
